- Do you cover my area?
Yes! We cover all of Oxford and the surrounding areas.
- Can I meet with my housekeeper first?
Yes! it is our policy for each client to meet with thier new housekeeper. We ensure that a meeting is arranged in your home at a convenient time to yourself, which can be in the daytime, evening or at weekends.
- Do I have to stay at home when the housekeeper comes for my service?
No! the housekeepers are all very stringently vetted and experienced so that you leave them to get on and clean your home.
- Will you be able to provide temporary help if my regular Housekeeper is off sick or on holiday?
Yes! we can arrange temporary cover for your service should your regular Housekeeper inform us that she is unable to provide your service for any reason.
- What happens when I go away on holiday?
Maid Perfect understands that every client has thier own personal views regarding vacation and thier homes. We can ensure that your housekeeper carries on thier duties as usual, or arrange for the service to be suspended whilst you are away. It is entirely up to every client so that they are happy with thier own arrangements.
- Do I have to pay extra if I want the cleaning service at the weekends?
No! the rate of pay for the housekeeper is the same at all times.
- What happens if I do not need the housekeeper for a period of time?
If you do not require our services for a period of one month or longer, then we will be able to freeze your account. When you are ready to commence again we simply add on the unused time to your account, ensuring that you have not lost any time on your contract.
